Enjoy our spacious Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Flat Screen TV, Cabana Bathroom and Large Walk-in Closet. Hop (in my case crawl) out of bed, open the glass sliding door and jump right into the 85 degree pool or the 100 plus degree hot tub! Our second bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, a large walk in closet and a glass sliding door with the pool only a few feet away.

The third bedroom has Twin Beds that can be pushed together to make a King Size Bed if desired, and this too has a glass sliding door leading straight to the pool. A Full Bathroom is conveniently located off the two bedrooms. We also have a Queen Size Leather Convertible couch that sleeps two in comfort. All of the bedrooms have cable tv and privacy galore as the house is L shaped with master bedroom at the end of one leg of the L and the other two bedrooms at the end of the other leg.

We love it here and you will too. My wife and I bought this as a second home. We chose it because it is in a wonderful, childsafe, crime free, quiet residential neighborhood where we could bring our grandchildren. Kids can play in the pool and fish right off our dock while the adults lie in the sun or sit in the hot tub. There is a gas grill by the pool for cooking those burgers, hot dogs or steaks. This really is a fun and wonderful place to be in and has more features than most of the rental homes you will find. It is simply, just nicer! We call it "TROPICAL ISLES" because it is a beautiful area with a variety of tropical plants and trees growing along side the pool and behind the hot tub that afford alot of privacy.

Inside "TROPICAL ISLES" is a Fully Applianced Kitchen with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. Everything in our home is less than a year old, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, toaster oven, furniture and about everything else you can think of including a brand new refrigerator. Next to that is the dining room with views of the pool and the patio. On the other end of the kitchen is the Laundry Room with a Brand New Washer and Dryer, pool toys and fishing gear.

RELAX in out beautiful living room. Sit in a real Leather Sectional with two Recliners and read a book, listen to music or enjoy watching the new 50" Plasma TV. Hop in the Hot Tub (there is room for seven) or sit on the dock in our gliding chair, fish or just relax and watch the boats and waterfront activities.

HAVE FUN IN THE SUN! Enjoy the Crystal Clear "85 Degree Heated" Water in our kidney shaped Pool.. Yes, A HEATED POOL IS ESSENTIAL IN FLORIDA! Don't rent a house without a heated pool in the winter months or you will be swimming in cold water. Scoot to the Beautiful Sandy Beach only a few minutes away and play in the surf and sand. If you like golf we have a fantastic championship 36 Hole Golf Course only three minutes away and exculsive Shopping Malls and stores just a close. Dining and night life is wonderful and we have hundreds of great restaurants within only a few minutes drive.

Feel adventursome? Rent A Boat and tie it up to our dock, use our fishing gear and catch a Fish Right Off The Dock, or take a charter boat to ocean fishing. Go out to a Waterfront Restaurant or just ride up the intercoastal and see how the rich and famous live. Rainy day? Go to the Extreme Indoor Go Carting and race indoor go carts at 40 MPH or play Miniature Golf in the unique race car golf course. Even the adults race at this course. You can also play the Race Car video games or sit at the bar and enjoy the drink while the kids race and play.

Catch a boat and Scuba Dive or Parasail just minutes from the house, you can rent Jet Skies and boats up to 30 feet long for the day or week, or even visit one of the many Waterfront Restaurants such as Shooters or Houstons for a delightful lunch and cocktails while watching the multi-million dollar yachts go by.

Night Life is exciting and Dining fantantic in the hundreds of Wonderful Restaurants, all within just minutes of the house. Our guest book lists our favorite restaurants and how we rate them. Go to the Swimming Hall of Fame, ride on the Water Taxi all day for $10.00 or catch the Jungle Queen paddle boat for a ride right thru Ft. Lauderdale to an afternoon pinic. Want to gamble? Go to the Casino only a few minutes away or take a Casino Cruise on the 512 Foot Sea Escape. Our "TROPICAL ISLES" vacation home has it all!
