Enjoy our Sexy, Marble Bathroom with a clear glass block enclosed shower area with plenty of room for two. Relax in the water spraying from Wall Jets, a Ceiling Rain Shower and Wall Shower. Open one of the two big glass sliders and hop in the 85 degree Heated Pool, open the other and relax in the Sunken Hot Tub only 2 feet away. Enjoy views of the pool and waterfront from anywhere in the room. The Queen Bedroom has a bamboo motif, mirrored closet doors and a slider giving a view of the waterfront and pool. The third bedroom has brand new Twin Beds with box springs and mattresses and mirrored closet doors. Push the beds together to make a king size bed! A Full Bath separates the two guest bedrooms which are on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom which affords a lot of privacy. A Queen Size Convertible Leather Couch sleeps two in the family room.

For the gourmet cook we have a chefs dream Cherry Kitchen with Granite Counters and 6 stools at the tiered granite upper level Eat-In Counter. All this is open to the living room with two Lazy Boy Leather Recliners, couch and love seat, ideal for entertaining or just relaxation. Watch the wall hung big Flat Screen Plasma TV from anywhere in the kitchen or living room. Adjoining this area is the dining area and family room where we have another large, Flat Screen TV sitting in the entertainment center. We also have a desk with Wireless Internet Service and a phone.

My wife and I were living in our other second home when we saw this house while riding in our boat. We fell in love with it and purchased it in 2003. We then totally remodeled the entire house and re-landscaped, planting many Coconut Trees. Hundreds of coconuts grow on these trees. We also have Banana Trees by the water's edge, feel free to pick and eat them. "COCONUT HAVEN" outshines every other vacation rental home in the area in this price range, but don't take our word for it, read the testimonials of the guests who have stayed with us. Most people are surprised, but a Heated Pool is essential in Florida in all but the heat of the summer. Because of that, we heat ours to a comfy 85 degrees. Beware of renting any house without a heated pool; it will be cold and uncomfortable. Enjoy our Sunken Hot Tub, huge Dock, our Beautiful, very spacious Patio where you can cook up your steaks and burgers on our gas grille. Eat outside at our patio glass table while watching the many yachts and boats go by. If you're lucky you might even see a Manatee swimming by our dock. You will certainly see iguanas from small to large.

"COCONUT HAVEN" is a place to have Fun In The Sun! Play golf at the 36 hole championship golf course only 4 or 5 minutes away, play at our Beautiful Sandy Beaches just 2 or 3 minutes away or shop in our many exclusive Shopping Malls and stores. Tennis, parks and you name it, WE HAVE IT ALL!!

Feel adventuresome? Rent a Boat and tie it up to our dock, use our fishing gear and catch a Fish Right Off The Dock or take a charter boat to Deep Sea Fishing. Go out to a Waterfront Restaurant or just ride up the intercoastal and see how the rich and famous live. Rainy day? Go to the Extreme Indoor Go Carting and race indoor go carts at 40 MPH or play Miniature Golf in the unique race car golf course. Even the adults race at this course. You can also play the Race Car videos or sit at the bar and enjoy a drink while the kids race and play.

Catch a boat and Scuba Dive or Parasail just minutes from the house, you can even rent Jet Skis and boats up to 30' long for the day or week, or even visit one of the many Waterfront Restaurants such as Shooters or Houstons for a delightful lunch and cocktails while watching the multi-million dollar yachts go by.

Night Life is exciting and Dining fantastic in the hundreds of Wonderful Restaurants, all within just minutes of the house. Our guest book lists our favorite restaurants and how we rate them. Go to the Swimming Hall of Fame, ride on the Water Taxi all day for $10.00 or catch the Jungle Queen paddle boat for a ride right though Ft. Lauderdale to an afternoon picnic.
